3DNA Desktop / Everyone may have an interaction style ...

" A *5 STAR IDEA "

The 3DNA Desktop improves the way you work with Windows and the Web. You can choose from different 3D Add-on Worlds to explore and customize for an immersive and entertaining desktop.

Within each World you have various areas to create links to your folders, files, and programs. 3DNA will even scan your system to create a custom set of links to get you started. Once you have selected the World you like, you can download additional user-created themes and skies or create your own to share. The interface is intuitive, and there’s an optional Tutorial World that walks you through the product.

Install MACOSX on PC

Prepare your PC in order to work as a mac with a architecture-independent PowerPC platform emulator software of running most PowerPC operating systems.

Installation of Mac OS X

1. Go buy Mac OS X.
2. It is assumed that you have at least the first Mac OS X Install CD lying on your desk or inserted in your CDROM drive.
3. Please set up your disk and CDROM drive then return here.
4. Please use a Darwin installation CD (instructions) for partitioning of the harddisk. You can try to use the partitioning program that comes with the Mac OS X installer (Disk Utility from the Installer menu) later on but this reportedly creates incomplete and unbootable installations.
5. Work through Getting started then return here.
6. Set prom_driver_graphic to "path/to/video.x".
7. For Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar): set prom_env_bootargs to "".
8. Start PearPC, wait and follow the instructions given by the installer.
9. Click the Customize button, and uncheck Additional Print Drivers, Additional Asian Fonts, and Localized Files
10. Click Install and wait a long time.

Module Basics: Putting custom HTML content on the sideblocks

Written by Chette Soriano

Mambo allows you to easily include custom HTML content on the sideblocks of your website. For example, if you want to put a donation button on the right column of your page.

The old way of doing this is by hard coding the custom HTML content on your template. This, however, would be a time-consuming process. Imagine if you just need to correct a misspelling, or if you simply want to temporarily hide this content from your users -- you would need to edit and manually upload your new template every time.

Easy way of creating Joomla Template - Tutorial

1. Conceptualize the design of your website

Before doing any template development, the first step is always to come up with the “look” of your website. I personally use Macromedia Fireworks (now Adobe Fireworks), or doodle on good ol' fashioned paper.

Use the graphics program you're most comfortable with. And yes, enough of this Photoshop vs. Illustrator vs. Fireworks debate.

As a general rule, make the mockup as simple as possible. Try to avoid designing mockups which require you to use complicated nested tables.
